8.18.1 模式定义（Schema definition）

该模式定义了形状和拓扑的表示方式，作为IFC对象模型中定义的产品的重要定义属性。这些表示表征了产品的特定属性，任何产品都可以通过零个、一个或多个此类属性进行定义。该模式定义了两种表示产品定义属性的方式：

• 拓扑表示
• 几何形状表示
• 地理参照，根据GIS实践提供元素的真实地图坐标位置

几何形状表示允许：

• 同一产品定义形状的多个形状表示
• 通过使用形状特征为产品定义形状的组件或部件提供独立的形状表示
