7.8.4.35.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
互感器是高精度等级的电气设备，用于隔离或变换电压或电流水平。互感器的主要功能是从高压或大电流电路操作仪表或计量设备，安全地将二次控制电路与高压或大电流隔离。组合式互感器用于计量电流。
