铁路使用的转辙机特性。此属性集可由 IfcActuator 使用，其预定义类型为 ELECTRICACTUATOR、HYDRAULICACTUATOR、HANDOPERATEDACTUATOR 或 PNEUMATICACTUATOR，表明该执行器为可切换并锁定轨道道岔的转辙机。
