5.4.3.12.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcBuiltElementType 为 IfcBuiltElement 实例提供了类型信息。
建筑元素类型用于定义特定类型建筑元素的所有实例的通用属性。它用于定义建筑元素规范（即，适用于该产品类型所有实例的特定产品信息）。建筑元素类型（或可实例化的子类型）可以在尚未分配给实例之前进行交换。
当任意建筑元素类型无法通过 IfcBuiltElementType 的子类型表示时，可以实例化 IfcBuiltElementType。
IfcBuiltElementType 的子类型的实例由 IfcBuiltElement 的相应子类型实例表示。
