IfcBuildingElementProxyType 定义了建筑构件代理的常用共享属性集定义列表和可选的产品表示集合。它用于定义构件规格（即该产品类型所有实例通用的特定产品信息）。
建筑构件代理类型用于定义某种建筑构件代理类型的通用属性，这些属性可应用于该类型的多个实例以分配特定样式。建筑构件代理类型可以在尚未分配给实例的情况下进行交换。
