7.4.3.10.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcCableSegmentType 流段类型定义了电缆段实例的通用共享信息。共享信息集可能包括：
- 具有共享属性集的通用属性
- 通用表示
- 通用材料
- 元素的通用组成
- 通用端口
它用于定义电缆段类型的规格，指示该产品类型所有实例共有的特定产品信息。IfcCableSegmentType 可使用 IfcRelDeclares 在 IfcProject 或 IfcProjectLibrary 中声明，并可与该类型的实例一起或不一起交换。IfcCableSegmentType 的实例由 IfcCableSegment 的实例表示。有关支持的属性集、材料、组成和端口，请参阅 IfcCableSegment 的文档。
